Crimson Research Awarded by the Paso Del Norte Health Foundation

Crimson Research was awarded $94,133 from the Paso Del Norte Health Foundation for their project entitled Using Sequential Intercept Mapping And Community Partnership to Reduce Mental Illness Stigma in Otero County.  Dr. Michele Banner of Crimson Research is PI for the project and Joe Tomaka is Co-I.  The primary objective of the program is to connect professional staff working at various jail diversion intercepts to mental health training to include Mental Health First Aid, Crisis Intervention Team training, and Crisis Prevention Institute Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
