Dr. Shin received a PhD degree in Administration-Health Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in December, 2014. Before joining NMSU, he served as Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi for three academic years. He has a specialty in health services administration in terms of strategic management, finance, human resources management, and information technology management.
Humaira Rahman M.D, PhD, received her doctoral degree from University of South Florida and has a specialty in Environmental and Occupational Health. Her Research Interests include Environmental and Occupational Health, Cancer, Chronic and Infectious Diseases. She completed her Master’s from University of Minnesota and worked with Florida Health Department before she moved to New Mexico.
